Shelly Giesmann, Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Central Coast
I am a long time native of Nipomo and the Five Cities. Having moved from Santa Clara with my family when I was twelve. I attended Dana, Paulding, and am Alumni graduate of Arroyo Grande High Schoo 1984l. After high school I attended Cuesta College with a background in Music. I spent a number of successful years working and managing a locally owned Restaurant before I became a full time church secretary- treasurer for the past twenty-one years.
Currently I am a full time REALTOR® with Keller Williams® Realty Central Coast in Pismo Beach. My career in Real Estate has been rewarding and successful. I have enjoyed working with our community and helping families build strong rewarding futures. My current focus in the Real Estate market is on families that have been under the extreme pressures and burdens of a "Short Sale". That being said, I have successfully completed extensive training and hold the designation of Certified HAFA Short Sale Specialist.
I have received the Bronze award for my consistent work and sales in Real Estate the past three years. Keller Williams® Realty education and training has played a major part in my success as a REALTOR®. I have completed several online and classroom training courses. I continue to reach out to our community and assist all those planning to reap the benefits of home ownership.
I currently live in Arroyo Grande with my husband and three beautiful children. I am very active in music, and now share this love and passion with my children as well. I am a volunteer with the SLO County Elections offices, and many other non-profit organizations of our community.
